Themed residency titled "Road Show: Travels of the Artist," facilitated by Ken Lum. The Banff Centre's first Master Class series considers and complicates the place of the artist in relation to contemporary theories of travel. I created an archive of over 1000 tourist photographs with a color coded legend, organizing the images by both literal and metaphorical categories. Other works included a six channel video of an unrehearsed performance with Banff National Park soil, and an appropriated poem by Linh Dinh on photo transparency.
